- Salt – to taste
- Tablespoons Cooking oil
- cups cubed Sweet Potatoes or Yam
- Cans Coconut cream (milk)
- cups Vegetables of choice
- Tablespoon curry powder
- Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Scotch Bonnet pepper (Atarodo) – Minced
