XBC Cocoa Butter cream is a non-greasy moisturizer that provides a layer of oil on the surface of the skin to prevent water escaping from the skin surface. The cream is made from a mixture of emulsifying ointment and water. Dry skin results from lack of water in the outer layer of skin cells.
